Important Information

Due to the Elementary Thanksgiving banquet, the cafeteria will be closed next Tuesday.  Will will be offering pizza lunch for the students.  The cost will be $5.00 and will include 2 pieces of cheese pizza, drink and dessert.  Additional pieces may be ordered for $1.00 a slice.  The money goes towards missions.  Click here for the order form.  The money and form must be turned in by Friday, November 18th.  No late orders will be accepted.  If your child does not order pizza, please send in a bag lunch that does not require a microwave.  No microwaves will be available.
The HGCS Spirit Store is now open for a limited time!! Stock up on your winter apparel to show your Lion pride this season! The spirit store will close on Nov. 30th and this is the final opportunity to purchase HG apparel in 2016! All items will be shipped to the school and delivered to your student so please be sure to list your student's name and homeroom in the fields when prompted on your order form. Toys for Tots Drive
We are having a Toys for Tots toy drive beginning Monday, Nov 7 through Dec 2.  Please help make a child's Christmas brighter by bringing in a new, unwrapped toy.  The collection box is in the HS office.

  • November 17        Chapel 9:30 am (Honors dress required)
  • November 21        HG Christian School Blood drive 11:00 am
  • November 22        Cafeteria closed.  Pizza lunch will be offered or student can pack a lunch that does not require a microwave
  • November 23        TWD/NO SCHOOL
  • November 24-25   Happy Thanksgiving
  • December 15        TK-12th grade Christmas Chapel
  • December 19-20   High School exams
  • December 20        1st semester ends
  • December 21        TWD
  • December 22-31   Christmas Break  MERRY CHRISTMAS
  • January 3              Students return, 2nd Semester begins

Please note
Due to limited space for the Elementary Thanksgiving banquet, High School students will not be allowed to attend with elementary siblings.
