Missions Chapel

You are invited to attend Chapel on March 14 at 8:00 am to hear all of the God-honoring events that occurred during Missions week.


Night of One Acts

The Night of One Acts is an opportunity for Juniors and Seniors at Hickory Grove to student direct and 8th - 12th-grade students to act.  This is the first year that we have included 8th graders in this important night of acting. Student Directors this year have organized everything from staging to costumes and set construction.  Each student director has an assistant stage manager working with them. Tickets are $8.00 for adults and $5.00 for students.  You may purchase tickets via Brushfire.

Feb 27             Make-up date for sophomore class ring orders
March 1           Moms in Prayer, 7:50 am
March 6          Juniors only: SAT testing. Dismissal at 12:00 (Juniors only).  Buses will run to North Campus for bus riders.
March 7 & 8     Night of One Acts 7:00 pm Event Center. Tickets are $8.00 for adults and $5.00 for students.  You may purchase tickets via Brushfire.
March 14         Missions Chapel 8:00 am
March 15         3rd Quarter ends
March 18         Teacher Workday / No school for students
March 19         4th Quarter begins
March 21         Seniors Only - Cap and Gown Pictures

Parent Night
Please join us on Tuesday, February 19 beginning at 6:00 pm in the Event Center for Parent Night.  Here are the High School topics:
  • Part 1: College Visits: How to Support your Student (all grade levels) 25 mins.
  • Part 2: Introduction to Naviance (Junior Parents especially, but all are welcome) 25 mins
  • Sophomores: Herff Jones Class Rings Information Meeting

Week of February 11, 2019


Parents of Sophomores
This Wednesday, February 13, a representative from Herff Jones will visit the 10th-grade student during lunch to pass out class ring information. Please make plans to attend the Parent Meeting on February 19. A Herff Jones representative will attend Parent Night to answer any questions you may have about the class ring ordering process.

Family Ski Adventure
February 5 is the last day to pay if you would like to take your family on a day ski trip.  This trip is open to all Hickory Grove families and students.

Chapel

You are invited to join us for Chapel on February 14 at 9:30 in the Worship Center.  Students will be expected to be in Honors dress.
